Naked Stretching on the Beach: Hey guys! I had a request to put the last several stretching clips I posted into a full body routine video, so here it is. A 30 minute stretching class, starting from the neck and working down the body. These are many of the core stretches that I do every day to stay limber. Yoga and stretching has been the priority of my fitness routine for many years. There is nothing more important to me than feeling good in my body.
